Refunds and Cancellations

If you can't make it to some or all of your class

• Please tell us ahead of time. We may be able to reschedule.

• We cannot refund you for a single class.

• We cannot bank partial hours if the whole class time isn't used, but we may be able to offer an alternative service during that time (such as writing feedback on one of your projects).

If Joe can't make it to some or all of your class

• You will be refunded for the missed class, or have the option to reschedule if we can.

If you need to cancel your weekly class for the rest of the term

• We need at least 3 weeks notice. You will be refunded for all the classes after that notice period.
